Frequently asked
Doesn't Microsoft or Google already back up my data?
They keep their services available, but deleted items are only recoverable for a limited time, and they won't bring back data lost to ransomware, a departing employee or an accidental purge. Both recommend keeping your own backup. CyberWall keeps an independent, encrypted copy for as long as you're a customer.
Do you back up Google Workspace?
Yes: Gmail, Google Drive (My Drive and shared drives), Calendar and Contacts. You can also import Google Drive exports from Google or another backup service so your history stays in one place.
What do I need to get started?
A Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace business account and an administrator who can approve backup access. There's nothing to install.
How do I restore something?
Sign in, find the email, file or folder, and restore it back to where it came from, or download it. Staff can do this for their own mailbox and files, and your admin or CyberWall can do it for anyone in your company.
Can CyberWall read our email?
Your backups are encrypted, and CyberWall staff only access backup data when needed to support the service or when you ask us to. Every access is logged.
We're moving from another backup service. Can we bring our history?
Yes. We import archives exported from other services so your older data stays available in one place. Contact us and we'll help plan the move.
I'm an IT provider. Can I manage my clients?

What if we cancel?
